Get ready for another exciting season of junior football at St Bernard's! We've brought together the important dates and fixture information to help Snowdogs players and families plan ahead for 2027.

From pre-season training and practice matches through to the home-and-away season and finals, this page will be updated with important information throughout the year.

2027 PRE-SEASON

Pre-season provides an opportunity for players to reconnect with teammates, welcome new faces and prepare for the season ahead.

Training schedules and practice match arrangements may vary between age groups. Coaches and team managers will communicate specific details directly to families through Stack Team App.

Runners must be worn to all preseason training sessions. FOOTBALL BOOTS MUST NOT BE WORN to protect the grounds during the cricket season. The Club will communicate when premission is granted by the school to wear football boots.Key Pre-Season Dates

• Pre-season training commences: Monday 23 November or Wednesday 25 November depending on age groups.



2027 PRACTICE MATCHES

Practice matches provide an important opportunity for players to prepare for the season and for coaches to assess team combinations ahead of final team selections. Two practice matches are planned for the U12, U14 and U16 age groups, while U8, U9 and U10 teams will play one. All practice matches will be played away due to ground availability. Dates, venues and further details will be communicated by Team Managers closer to the games.

2027 HOME & AWAY SEASON

St Bernard's Junior Football Club competes in the Western Football Netball League (WFNL), with boys' and girls' teams participating from Under 8s through to Under 16s.

The home-and-away season provides players with the opportunity to develop their skills, represent the Snowdogs and enjoy playing football alongside their teammates.
