Delivery

We offer two delivery options:

1. 1. Shipping – for a flat $10 fee, goods can be delivered to you via standard post. Or for $15, you can select Express Shipping. For orders over $150, standard shipping is FREE.
2. 2. Pick up in store – Goods can be collected, free of charge, from our merchandise supplier, Alliance Promotions. Their warehouse is located at 15 Translink Drive, Keilor Park, and is open from Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 5pm. You will recieve an email when your goods are ready for collection. You will be required to show proof of order when you collect your items (order number or order confirmation email). If you are collecting an order on behalf of someone else, please ensure you have a copy of their order confirmation email.
***Please note - there is no opportunity to shop or try-on at this location. All orders must be placed online. There is also no exchanges at this location. If you have an items that you need to return, please follow the pre-approval process outlined below.

Returns

For faulty goods or incorrect orders, please contact the Club via email: juniortreasurer@stbernardsfc.com.au

If you change your mind for any reason, or you bought the wrong size, we do not offer exchanges, but you can return the goods within 30 days for a full refund, as long as the goods meet the following conditions:

• • Goods are unused and unworn, with all tags attached in the original condition and packaging.
• • Goods were not discounted for clearance.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. 1. Check that your goods meet the criteria above to qualify for a refund upon return.
2. 2. Click the following link to initiate a Returns Authorisation (RA). No RA, No Refund. https://www.alliancepromotions.com.au/pages/return-form

3. Once you have your RA confirmation via email, place the goods into an appropriate returns package and return them to our distribution partner via one of the following options:

1. a) Deliver by Post (we recommend using tracked post)
2. b) Deliver in person
