Delivery, Returns and Order Issues

Delivery

We offer two delivery options:

  1. 1. Shipping – goods can be delivered to you via standard post to you for a small charge. You may also select express shipping for a slightly higher charge.
  2. 2. Pick up in store – during the footy season, we will provide a FREE click and collect option from the Footy Club. Goods will be available for collection upstairs in the Club Rooms after training on Friday nights.

Returns

For faulty goods or incorrect orders, please contact the Club via email: juniortreasurer@stbernardsfc.com.au

If you change your mind for any reason, or you bought the wrong size, we do not offer exchanges, but you can return the goods within 30 days for a full refund, as long as the goods meet the following conditions:

  • • Goods are unused and unworn, with all tags attached in the original condition and packaging.
  • • Goods were not discounted for clearance.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. 1. Check that your goods meet the criteria above to qualify for a refund upon return.
  2. 2. Click the following link to initiate a Returns Authorisation (RA). No RA, No Refund. [https://www.alliancepromotions.com.au/pages/return-form]
  3. 3. Once you have your RA confirmation via email, place the goods into an appropriate returns package and return them to our distribution partner via one of the following options:

    1. a) Deliver by Post (we recommend using tracked post)
    2. b) Deliver in person

  4. 4. Your goods will be inspected upon return, and if all is in order, we will process your refund.
  5. Order issues
